Exercise and healthy food habits are essential aspects to maintain a healthy lifestyle but the COVID-19 Pandemic has forced us to stay indoors and consume things that are available because of the scarcity of resources. Although staying indoors is crucial to protect us from the Virus but staying in and doing no physical activity will deplete our fitness and our health.
