In the final stage which means action, we are at the stage of running the plan. So it is important to self determine the real problem by ourselves for self improvement.
Close observation and teaching ourselves is one of the best ways to enhance ourselves. Self training and self checking as a daily routine provides an information about ourselves. It helps to improve our quality and also helps to identify our fault. It provides awareness about our recent performance, we can perform according to that and help to achieve the target. We can also seek help from outside including our family members, friends etc. A second person can easily help us to improve ourselves by providing additional information. We can also seek help from professionals like therapists or psychologists. They are professionally trained to help people who wish to improve themselves. By identifying and solving weak point in our personality will improve us. Some weak points include laziness, angry etc. Laziness will affect our target. There is a need to apply some pressure on ourselves to achieve something. So it is important to solve the weak points in ourselves.
We can also motivate ourselves and bring forth self improvement. It is a wish or readiness to achieve something. Motivation is a psychological process that happens in our brain. It has an important role in one’s life. By deeply indulging in self motivation, we don’t need to seek help from others and it really helps to be successful in life. Self motivation helps to have a good mindset and transfer us to a sensible person. In short, stoicism can be considered as one among the philosophies to bring forth self improvement in life. Still, self realization added with self motivation can easily help one to identify one’s weaknesses and to make use of the same to improve oneself.
