Subject: Weight Loss
Q.
I have lost 40lbs, and I'm having to fight to keep it off.
It seems to be at a standstill so I'm losing my getup and go.
I don't want to exercise or drink water anymore. Any suggestions?
What exercises burn fats? Also have been craving sweets lately.
Never even liked sweets much.

The less exercise you do, the more tired you will become
since a decrease in exercise lowers both your red blood
count level and iron absorption ability. That's why
exercise gives you more energy. Here's what I suggest:
1. Do aerobic exercises or do lots of repetitions with low
amounts of weight in order to burn the most fat.
2. Eat fruit instead of sweets.
3. Stay away from as much fat as possible and particularly
beef and pork.
4. Eat as much of a variety of fiber as possible...fruit,
leaves, roots, legumes, seeds, and whole grains.
5. Get your fiber from complex carbohydrates and stay away
from simple carbohydrates (processed white rice and white flour products
lacking fiber).
6. Drink plenty of pure water.
7. Watch your salt intake so you won't retain extra water.
8. Remember the liver dumps a quart of bile (toxins,
bacteria, and fat) a day into the large intestine. The
only nutritional way to get it out of the body is with a variety of
different types of fiber. Without the right types of
fiber, the fat will be reabsorbed! Stick with complex
carbs to do the job since there is no fiber in simple
carbs which come from processed white rice and white flour products.
The best of luck.
